At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience. Our Ryan Field Concessions Supervisors are instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of an assigned concession stand or service location at Ryan Field. This position leads frontline team members, ensures efficient food and beverage service, and delivers an outstanding guest experience. 

Essential Responsibilities 

• Supervise an assigned concession stand or service location. 

• Lead concession attendants, cashiers, and service staff. 

• Monitor sales activity and service flow. 

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns. 

• Support inventory controls and cash-handling procedures. 

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements. 

 

• Ability to work event-driven schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
