Job Summary

Lead the action behind an unforgettable event-day experience. As a Concessions Manager, you will lead concessions operations and hourly team members to deliver welcoming service and quality food and beverage experiences for every guest. You will oversee event readiness, staffing, inventory, point-of-sale processes, cash controls, safety, and responsible alcohol service while partnering across departments to continuously improve operational performance.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with computers and standard business applications
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and related operational processes
  • Knowledge of inventory management, cash controls, and loss-prevention procedures
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety and responsible alcohol service requirements


Key Responsibilities 

  • Leads concessions operations to ensure efficient service and a high-quality guest experience.
  • Ensures concessions locations are properly set, stocked, staffed, and ready for each event.
  • Supervises, trains, schedules, and develops team members in accordance with Levy standards.
  • Conducts pre-shift meetings and provides direction to team members throughout events.
  • Oversees inventory, product transfers, requisitions, cash controls, and point-of-sale procedures.
  • Manages food and beverage production levels to minimize waste and support operational goals.
  • Ensures compliance with responsible alcohol service, payment card, safety, sanitation, and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Partners with culinary, purchasing, premium, and other departments to support successful event execution.
  • Addresses guest concerns and operational issues to maintain service standards.
  • Supports inventory counts, payroll processes, event reporting, and other operational requirements.
  • Coaches team members and supports the development of future leaders.
  • Supports other departments and properties as required by business needs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
