POSITION SUMMARY

Job Description: Responsible for being the liaison between Leech Lake Gaming and its current and potential new guests. Accept ownership for effectively satisfying guest?s requests & inquiries and assist in resolving guest?s complaints and issues. Keep customer satisfaction as the core of their behavior.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a timely manner.
  2. Follow communication ?scripts? when handling different topics.
  3. Booking of hotel room reservations and upsell when opportunities arise.
  4. Execute event and concert ticket sales.
  5. Coordinate RSVP?s for marketing functions.
  6. Confirm requests for direct mail comped tickets.
  7. Communicate with management regarding issues pertaining to their department.
  8. Correctly answer all questions regarding current and upcoming promotions & events
  9. Maintain weekly call log.
  10. Attends all mandatory meetings and training.
  11. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
  12. Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
  13. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
  14. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
  15. Performs other duties as assigned.
