Job description


The HOA Club Attendant serves as the welcoming face of the community's clubhouse and amenity spaces. This role provides exceptional customer service, manages day-to-day administrative operations, processes resident access devices (vehicle barcodes and amenity fobs), and supports Association Operations. The position ensures a professional, welcoming environment while maintaining accurate records and assisting management, committees, and residents with timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet homeowners, guests, and vendors upon arrival and provideassistance.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Assist with resident inquiries whenever possible; if unable toresolve, direct them to the appropriate staff member or department.

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
  • Update existing contact information to homeowner profile to ensurethey receive event communications and assist with troubleshooting emaildelivery issues.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for HOA events, classes, andclub activities.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, AV equipment, and sign-in sheets (ifneeded).
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smoothoperation.
  • Coordinate with the Lifestyle Director and Property Management onevent details.
  • Conduct clubhouse and amenity tours for prospective or new residents as needed.
  • Check that residents and guests follow HOA rules (amenityreservations, dress codes, pool safety rules, pet restrictions).
  • Monitor the pool and surrounding areas for rule compliance andsafety concerns.
  • Handle clubhouse access control; opening/closing procedures,badge checks, guest management.
  • Create and distribute fobs and car decals for homeowners and Tenants.
  • Log daily activity, incident reports, maintenance issues, orresident feedback.
  • Respond to clubhouse phone calls and emails withprofessionalism.
  • Assist with posted communications: event boards, dailyschedules, announcements.
