Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Carry and maintain assigned firearm and related equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, critical situations, and medical or behavioral disturbances in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the healthcare location, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, observations, and interactions accurately, and report security-related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
