As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Monitoring in Bristol, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy concerns.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and assist with directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
  • Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
