United Protective Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer service-oriented Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious Class A high-rise office building. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants, guests, and visitors.

As a Security Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for many building occupants and visitors. The ideal candidate is professional in appearance, approachable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service while enforcing property policies and maintaining a strong security presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and guests.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the property.
  • Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the building, parking areas, and common spaces.
  • Monitor the property for safety hazards, suspicious activity, and security concerns.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
  • Assist with access control and verify visitor and contractor credentials as needed.
  • Provide directions, information, and assistance to building occupants and guests.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, emergency responders, and fellow team members.
  • Enforce property rules and company policies in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Previous security, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
