Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated salesperson to join our team in the USA, specializing in digital technology products (modems) and RF solutions such as amplifiers, converters, and LNAs. This role focuses on both developing new accounts and expanding business within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategic account plans, setting sales strategies, and providing regular reports to company leadership. 


Responsibilities:


  • Sell digital modems and a range of RF solutions, including amplifiers, converters, and LNAs, to customers across North America. 
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets. 
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, quote, and close sales. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and growing relationships with existing accounts. 
  • Set sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. 
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts in Salesforce and leadership on a regular basis. 
  • Strong collaboration with peers in Operations, Finance, and Marketing to coordinate and represent customer needs. 
  • Support travel and online meetings as required to meet objectives.

  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently. 


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience in sales or technology products is a plus. 
  • 10+ years technical sales or business development experience.
