Job description

Physical Therapist - Manhattan, NY

Locations: Upper East Side & Midtown Manhattan
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: Flexible shifts; may include 1-2 Saturdays/month


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on care in a collaborative clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide high-quality, hands-on orthopedic care

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation

  • Create and update customized home exercise programs

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support excellent patient outcomes


Qualifications
  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Active New York State PT license

  • Minimum 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience (3 years preferred)

  • Strong manual therapy skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Preferred: OCS, SCS, McKenzie, COMT, MTC, or similar certifications


Schedule

Full-time with flexible shifts, including options such as:

  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

  • 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    Includes 1-2 Saturdays/month with flexibility for shift adjustments.
