Custom Marine is Growing!

We currently have an opportunity for a 1st shift TIG Welder/ Fabricator to work in our Neenah, WI facility.

Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and other marine and industrial components. Our products support healthcare, military, law enforcement, banking, gas stations, etc.

Position Summary:

  • Experience TIG Welding Stainless Steel, Aluminum and other metals to deliver a quality weld that is also aesthetically pleasing.
  • Ability to “Walk the Cup” and be familiar with using hard automation such as plasma weld-around.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and parts - Measure, cut, grind and shape components using varies tools.
  • Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, layouts, and other types of work orders/instructions.
  • Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes.
  • Meet and maintain quality and performance expectations, including productivity, efficiency, and time management, all while maintaining a high-level attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.
  • Other duties may be assigned to accommodate the needs of the company and/or shop
