Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $21.43/hr. โ€“ $26.26/hr. DOE

Position Responsibilities:

  • Operate polishers, buffers, and/or other special equipment
  • Safely operate machinery for polishing, buffing, and dull brushing
  • Use specialty machinery (belt sanders, grinders, buffers) and abrasive compounds to smooth and shine metal parts
  • Wear special dept protective equipment/suit
  • Inspect parts for imperfections, defects, cracks, etc
  • Keep work area clean and safe at all times
  • Must have attention to detail and work in a very safe manner
  • Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary
  • Required to hold pipe up to 10 pounds for at least 10 minutes at a time
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Must be able to work in a team setting
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Work area can become warm during summer months
