Job responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines; scheduling appointments; preparing and maintaining medical charts and other hospital records; directing flow of patients from curbside to hospital and return; directing hospital admission and release of patients; computing and maintaining individual billing records, collecting payment; balancing financial stations at end of day and preparing deposit; monitoring COVID screening of staff daily...

Successful applicant will possess excellent customer relations skills, computer proficiency, extreme accuracy. Two Saturdays monthly required. Must love animals and be comfortable working in close proximity to them. Medical knowledge an asset. N95 mask and, face shield required .all day.  We encourage college students to apply.  Flexible schedule.
