Your Role:

  • Ensure Project Readiness: Meet customers to review their projects and power wash houses to prepare them for painting, ensuring all materials are ordered and delivered before paint crews arrive.
  • Market Our Services: Place marketing materials (signs, flyers) and engage with neighbors near our painting projects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and Communicate: Conduct kick-off meetings with customers and paint crews to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor and Document Progress: Visit multiple job sites daily to inspect quality, report progress to the management team, and document the process with photos and videos for marketing and managerial purposes.
  • Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure painters are wearing company shirts, job sites are organized and professional-looking, and company signage is in place.
  • Deliver Excellence: Walk around the house with the customer and paint crew at the end of the project to ensure the end product meets expectations and the customer is happy.
