Customer Service Representative (Temporary –4 months)
Location: Cynthiana, KY
Pay: $16.00–$17.00/hour
Duration: Approximately 4 Months
Start Date: ASAP
People Plus is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to provide maternity leave coverage for one of our clients in Cynthiana, KY. If you enjoy helping customers, have strong communication skills, and thrive in an office environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule (Choose One)
  • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Job Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in person
  • Accept utility payments accurately
  • Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Maintain a professional and courteous front office environment
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or administrative office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computers and standard office software
