• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
• Conduct detailed intakes and assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients' mental health challenges.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy when appropriate, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Document patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to Federal, State, and organizational guidelines.
• Deliver mental health assessments and develop customized care and intervention plans that promote recovery and enhance client self-efficacy.
• Stay current with best practices and treatment modalities in mental health care delivery, participating in training and professional development as required.

Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting a diverse range of patients, including but not limited to those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and often face unique challenges, requiring a sensitive and adaptable approach to therapy. You will play a crucial role in improving their mental health and overall quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions delivered through telehealth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Experience in remote work settings for at least 1 year, showcasing your ability to effectively engage with clients via digital means.
• Possession of essential tools for remote practice: a personal computer, webcam, a reliable internet connection, and an appropriate space to conduct therapy sessions confidentially.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and navigating common digital tools for effective remote therapy.
• Experience working with varied patient populations, particularly in managing complex cases.
• Familiarity with documentation processes and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
