We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused problem-solver to join our team as an entry-level parts sales associate. This role intentionally structured to begin with hands-on experience in the warehouse and inventory operations, providing a strong foundation and comprehensive understanding of our business.

As you gain product knowledge and operational insight, you will progress into a front-line Parts Counter Sales role, where you will directly support and engage with customers.

As a Counter Sales Trainee representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

  • Pull and prepare parts orders accurately for delivery or customer pickup
  • Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse
  • Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace
  • Shadow experienced sales team members and participate in structured training

Grow into Sales Responsibilities

  • Assist retail and internal customers in selecting the right parts
  • Answer calls, provide pricing, and support customer inquiries
  • Process orders, invoice customers, and handle payments
  • Locate out-of-stock parts and coordinate specials orders
  • Promote additional products and build strong customer relationships
  • Support overall sales efforts and maintain an organized counter area

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Stron communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to lyft up 50-100 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
  • Regular standing, walking, and movement throughout the day
  • Work environment includes warehouse and parts counter with moderate to loud noise levels
