The Corrections Tech I reviews and corrects customer account information in Tower Loan's computer system. This role ensures data accuracy by processing account updates, resolving errors, and supporting various mail and fraud-related tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Completedailycorrectionsemails received frombranchesandHomeOffice.

  • Research errors ontheremit report (debit processing) and correctthem.

  • Monitor replication status screen dailyinTower Loan Operation System (TLOS).

  • Managefraud preventionservice'sexceptions.

  • Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.

  • MonitorUniform Commercial Code(UCC)processing.

  • Uploadmail-loancheck images.

  • Correcterrors withinmail-related loans.

  • Process incoming mail fromU.S. Postal Service (USPS).

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior when handling sensitive financial information.
