What is a computer technician lead?

Computer Technician Leads are experienced IT professionals responsible for overseeing a team of computer technicians. They coordinate maintenance, repair, and installation of computer systems, ensure technical support standards are met, and often serve as the point of contact for more complex technical issues. In addition to their technical expertise, they provide guidance, training, and support to junior technicians while collaborating with management to implement IT policies. Their role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of an organization's computer infrastructure.
