What is a computer technician assistant?

Computer Technician Assistants are entry-level professionals who help maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network issues within organizations. They support senior technicians by setting up equipment, installing software, and responding to user requests for help with technical problems. Their responsibilities may also include maintaining inventory, updating records, and ensuring all systems are running efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in IT support and computer maintenance.
