Regular Full-Time

Miles City, MT, US

Position General Responsibilities:

Perform server-based computer systems tasks and monitor automated processing to ensure timely and accurate completion. Primary responsibilities include verifying that all daily tasks are completed correctly and on schedule, and processing files containing customer transactions.

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Note: Only minimum responsibilities are listed. Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional computer technical training or equivalent technical skills/work experience preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Dimension of Job:

Perform daily production processing tasks and assist the IT Production Manager with routine operations and special projects.
