As the Systems Engineer Stf you will be responsible for leading the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) project team to coordinate engineering efforts, meet program requirements, and drive process improvements.
Your responsibilities will include:Lead cross functional engineering coordination across multiple teams.Define, track, and ensure fulfillment of program requirements.Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Identify and implement process improvement initiatives.Communicate status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Science discipline.
• Experience working proposals, contracts and/or process development and improvement
• Experience in Project Planning and/or Project Management
• Experience communicating with multi-disciplined engineering teams

• Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering
• Experience with Software and/or Systems Engineering
• Knowledge of / Experience with Systems Engineering design and /or tools such as DOORS, CAMEO (or other equivalent Systems Engineering tools with ability to learn
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and experience in tools such as Teamcenter/JIRA/Confluence or other tracking tools
• Experience with project performance and metric tools such as Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Tableau
• Ability to or Experience conducting gap analysis and managing multiple projects/milestones
• Control Account Management (CAM) certification, training, and/or knowledge
• Knowledge of / Experience within Simulation/Aerospace environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Travel, overtime, odd shifts, and weekend work may be required
• Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Microsoft Project and/or One Plan
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
