What you can expect
Zoom's Business Applications team is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our exciting New Service Introduction (NSI) team. In this role, you will partner with Zoom's Product Managers to elicit business requirements. You will also collaborate with multiple technology teams, driving solutions that improve Zoom's customer adoption. You are a highly experienced, driven self-starter with a can-do attitude who will take every opportunity to support NSI and Commerce Enablement initiatives.
About the Team
Our team focuses on New Service Introduction (NSI) offer enablement, implementing system changes to introduce new products across direct, channel, and online routes to market. We collaborate with product managers and operations teams. This includes sales, channel, finance, billing, and pricing - across Zoom.
Responsibilities
  • Developing influential relationships across the organization. Acting as a subject-matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor in all processes related to the selling of new products or enhancing existing product GTM launches. This includes Lead to Cash, Subscription Billing, and User Licensing.
  • Acting as the primary partner for Product Launches. Collaborating with Product Managers, Sales Operations and Enablement, Finance, and FP&A to understand the root cause of business needs and elicit requirements for system changes.
  • Collaborating with Engineering technology teams to define functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and actionable tasks in an exciting, agile environment.
  • Collaborating with the delivery team on development, manage testing activities, and perform post- launch monitoring.
  • Leading system and user acceptance testing, negotiating with business stakeholders, triaging defects, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
  • Establishing detailed project plans and deliverables while communicating status, risks, and issues to both technology and business leadership.

What we're looking for
  • Hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Have 8 to 12 years of experience analyzing business requirements, developing and documenting process flows and solution designs, and testing new functionality.
  • Have 8+ years of experience self-managing projects in an exciting and dynamic environments, including developing project and sprint plans and reporting project status to executives.
  • Have experience collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and testers to drive end-to-end solutions.
  • Possess functional experience in Order to Cash areas such as CPQ, eCommerce buyflows, Billing, and License Provisioning.
  • Have experience with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Lucidchart.
  • Have system experience in systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zuora, and Oracle Financials or similar.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$124,000.00
Maximum:
$271,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
