Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Riverwoods, IL
Onsite, NO REMOTE

Duration: 6-12 months extendable

Job Description:

  • Need 10+ yrs exp as a BA
  • Analyze current cross functional business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
  • Analyze gaps in requirements and business processes between the AS-IS and TO-BE state of systems
  • Perform requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation throughout SDLC lifecycle.
  • Document business requirements, system requirements, functional/non-functional requirements, and data mapping requirements specifications.
  • Develop UML diagrams to depict workflows
  • Document customer/user journey maps and assessing pain points
  • Create requirement documentation templates as per the nature of the project.
  • Prepare Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), and GAP Analysis documents.
  • Perform requirement review sessions with impacted Stakeholders and attain approval/sign off.
  • Communicate requirements to the leadership, development, and quality assurance teams.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage risks with business stakeholders, leadership/management, and development teams.
  • Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
  • Design and implement intermediate SQL queries for testing, reporting and data validation
  • Experience in JIRA system to track, manage and deliver the business requirements throughout SDLC
  • Knowledge and/or prior experience in SAP applications
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and practical use cases.
  • A willingness to adopt and leverage AI tools and capabilities in the workplace to improve productivity and business outcomes.
