Job description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst reporting to the International Programs and Salesforce Center of Excellence to help us optimize and integrate digital solutions into BRP’s Salesforce ecosystem as part of continuous improvement projects and initiatives and the SAP S4 International deployment program. In this role, you will help define reliable, high-performance, and scalable technical solutions, identify complex issues, and propose improvements for the solution at the core of BRP’s warranty management.


YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Support business teams in resolving issues encountered (during testing or as part of maintenance/support) thanks to your in-depth understanding of the integrations between the Warranty platform, the Salesforce ecosystem, and SAP S4
  • Ensure the proper integration of the Warranty solution into the BRP ecosystem, including the Salesforce and SAP S4 platforms; draft detailed specification documents and provide rigorous oversight throughout project development and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project managers, team leads, architects, and subject matter experts) to assess and estimate the effort required to complete projects, implement improvements, and resolve issues
  • Proactively identify and manage gaps in

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
  • Substantial experience in drafting functional specifications and integrating solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing Salesforce integration issues, including analyzing data flows between Salesforce and external systems. Highly skilled in investigating and resolving data-related issues using Salesforce debug logs, SOQL, API logs, and monitoring tools (Dynatrace), with a strong understanding of data models, error management, and integration patterns.
  • The ability to take initiative, anticipate questions, and quickly find answers when there is a query.
  • Excellent command of English (the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or with unilingual English speakers on a daily basis).
  • Knowledge of the Twod Salesforce warranty module and SAP S4 is an asset.
