As a People Data & Analytics Senior Consultant on the Human Capital team, you will be responsible for:

  • Translate business questions into reporting, dashboard, and insight deliverables

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Business
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Consulting or an equivalent role involving consultative analytics.
  • 4+ years of experience performing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) and data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, & Python)
  • 4+ years of experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
  • 4+ years of experience developing reporting and dashboarding in Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Visier, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik or similar)
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Prior project management experience including familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of a project
  • 4+ years of experience utilizing Visier to deliver actionable insights in the role of a People Analytics practitioner.
