Description:

King Juice Company is seeking an IT Intern to provide hands-on support for the company’s technology environment. This role is intended for a recent graduate who has completed a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Networking or a related field and wants to build practical experience in IT infrastructure and operations.

The position will work directly with the IT Manager and will focus heavily on hardware, servers, switches, networking, endpoint deployment, troubleshooting, and general IT support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with physical IT equipment and has a strong interest in enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Networking or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure, servers, networking, and hands-on hardware support.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware components and ability to diagnose common hardware issues.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnets, VLANs, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi.
  • Basic familiarity with network switches, routers, access points, and structured cabling.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and common workstation troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and general user support.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, follow technical procedures, and ask for assistance when appropriate.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
