Clearance Requirement: Active DoD Secret clearance required

Salary: Competitive

Experience and Certifications: Candidate must have a Bachelorโ€™s, Masterโ€™s, or PhD in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Data Science (or equivalent certifications such as CISSP-ISSAP, GSEC, CSSLP), with 9+ years of relevant experience for a Bachelorโ€™s, 7+ years for a Masterโ€™s, or 4+ years for a PhD, and a DoD 8570 IAT-II certification (CompTIA Security+ or higher) required within 60 days of hire.

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems, collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues and enhance backend services and web applications, implementing software improvements, and ensuring compliance with DoD security standards. The engineer will also contribute to technical documentation, support CI/CD pipelines, and maintain version control and deployment processes.

Required Technologies

  • Version Control: Git, GitLab
  • Web & Frameworks (optional/desired): Django, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap

Qualifications
