About the role:As a Product Team Lead, you’ll be the first-line people leader responsible for guiding a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while owning the strategy and direction for a defined product line or capability area, or a small domain within TQL’s technology ecosystem. This role balances people leadership, product strategy, and execution enablement in equal measure.
