WHO YOU ARE
  • You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related major at an accredited college/university with an expected graduation date of June 2027

  • You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills through course work, projects, and or previous internship experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Technology Analyst at Northern Trust, you will have the opportunity to spend 27 months working with three different teams contributing to meaningful projects, developing relevant skills to solidify the foundation for your career while joining our inclusive and relational culture. A recruiter will work with you to determine the best organizational placement given your interests, skill set and relevant experience.
Technology Analysts are fully integrated into engineering and technology teams, contributing to real financial solutions. Analysts gain an inside look into the innovative technologies, practices, and business solutions that power a frontrunner in financial services.
Analyst Development Program:
  • Rotate through 3 different Technology teams aligned to Data Science or Analytics
  • 9 months each team
  • 27 months total - Completing October 2029
  • Located in Chicago, IL

Salary Range:
Salary is $90,000 USD per year.
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
