Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a CRM Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Hospitality clients in Orlando, NY.
This role is 100% Remote
Job Summary
The Analyst position will play a key role in building our internal digital marketing data infrastructure. This individual will be integral in managing our procedures, schemas, documentation and pipelines to ensure reporting is timely and accurate. The candidate will need to be a thought leader in this space and look for ways to optimize and improve existing processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current data infrastructure: 40%
  • Develop new data infrastructure/custom dimensions/calculated metrics: 60%
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in quantitative or computer science field
  • Data engineering and architecture in a large warehouse environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related role
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Basic Python knowledge
  • Significant experience with data warehouses - Snowflake, BigQuery
  • Strong PC Skills (MS Office)
  • Experience in architecting and managing a data warehouse
  • Familiarity with setting up and scheduling procedures
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics/Meta Ads/Google Ads/Microsoft Ads data
