Candidate must be a CURRENT SC resident. No relocation allowed.

Summary
The project involves migrating an Oracle Spatial database (Geomedia) to a SQL database maintained through ESRI Roads and Highways (on-premise). The scope includes:
  • Databaseconversion
  • Softwareupgrade
  • Ensuringspatial accuracy and system reliability

Daily Responsibilities
  • Produce digital and hard-copy maps usingadvanced GIS and mapping tools.
  • PerformGIS data collection, maintenance, and spatial analysis.
  • Updateand maintain database tables to reflect changes to GIS features.
  • Performquality control on new and existing data to ensure accuracy.
  • Assistin development and maintenance of GIS procedure manuals.
  • Conductsoftware/procedure research and testing as assigned.
  • Performother related GIS tasks as directed by the manager.

Required Skills
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience withGIS/Mapping software & applications
