• Evangelism&Adoption:ServeastheprimarychampionforfoundationalmodelswithinWalmartGlobalTech.

What you'll bring:
MinimumQualifications

• Master'sdegreeinComputerScience,MachineLearning,Statistics,Mathematics,orahighlyquantitativefield.
• 8+yearsofexperiencedirectlymanagingandscalinghigh-performingdatascienceandMLengineeringteams,withatleast3+yearsmanagingmanagers.
• Proventrackrecordofdesigning,training,anddeployingdeeplearningmodelsinproductionatmassivescale
• Deepunderstandingofdistributedtrainingframeworks

PreferredQualifications

• Ph.D.inCS,ML,orarelatedfieldwithastrongpublicationrecordintop-tierAI/MLconferences
• DomainExpertiseinCommerce/RecSysandexperiencebuildingGenerativeRecommenders,HierarchicalSequentialTransducers(HSTU)orsequence-basedmodelsforuserbehaviorrepresentation.
• Deepknowledgeoflow-latencyinferenceoptimizationtechniques,real-timeretrieval.
