Position Duties
Graphic Designers:
Design and produce marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, impact reports
As a part of theDAMCreative team, you will work collaboratively to ensure that all designs meet the program's needs and brand standards.
Contribute to the visual design aspects ofDAMCreative web presence and promotional campaign
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Photographers:
Capture high-quality photographs of programs, events, and activities, ensuring coverage of key moments and features. Edit, process, and prepare photos for marketing materials, social media, and web content.
Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure that photos are integrated effectively (in a way that enhances the overall design and message) into various design projects.
Video Editors:
Develop and edit video content highlighting programs, events, and promotional efforts.
Assist in the planning, filming, and producing video projects, ensuring content is engaging
Work with the team to produce videos that effectively tell the story ofDAMCreatives impact and offerings.

Working towards a degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, Media Studies, or a related field
Experience in the field are encouraged to apply
Demonstrated experience in graphic design, photography, or video editing, with a strong portfolio of previous work
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), and other relevant multimedia design and editing tools (such as Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude and a willingness to take on multiple projects
