Agri Beef is seeking students who are passionate about the beef industry to participate in our summer 2026 internship program. As an Agri Beef Corporate Intern, you will get the opportunity to work at our home office in Boise, Idaho. You will gain hands-on experience in one of our corporate functions related to your area of study, which may include HR, IT, or our E-Commerce team, ABtoC.
Potential areas of experience:
1. Human Resources
  • Manage job postings and applicant flow, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews; represent Agri Beef at career fairs and community events
  • Coordinate the onboarding process and assist with new hire orientation
  • Support the annual performance review process
  • Support various Learning & Development projects and tasks
  • Participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives

2. Information Technology
  • Work with the team leads to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation and delivery of high quality product to end users
  • Develop internal processes to enhance testing environment
  • Participate in supporting end users

3. E-Commerce
  • Serve as a front-line customer contact via phone, email and web chat; assist customers and attract potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Assist with marketing activities to connect customers with Agri Beef's brands, including social media content and events
  • Participate in strategy sessions for content development
  • Provide input on the development of branded and non-branded collateral
  • Find, track and maintain a record of competitive promotional campaigns
  • Study industry data and trends and helps identify leading sources, blogs, etc. that influence our target audiences
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publication

Qualifications:
  • Interest in a career path in the agriculture industry, supporting a business in a corporate function
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Junior, Senior or Graduate level students (preferred)
  • Working toward a degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, Sales, Computer Science or other related field (preferred)
