Responsibilities: - Work with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using different analytical methods - Design, analyze, and interpret insights end-to-end on a project from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and impactful business recommendations - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities requiring the use of sophisticated analytical and modeling techniques - Design, execute, and interpret results of experiments (e.g., A/B testing) - Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to team leadership and influence strategic decision-making
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing PhD degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytic etc) - Experience with data querying and manipulation using SQL, Python, or R - Experience with data analysis in a scripting language (R, Python, Matlab) - Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment Preferred Qualifications - Internship experience in data science - Research experience in data science - Experience working with cross functional teams - Agile, quick self-learner, highly self-motivated with strong sense of product ownership and creative problem solver - Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $55- $55.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
