The primary focus of this position is to generate sustainable, profitable growth by providing technical support and leadership to the outside sales team and customers.

  • Strong leadership/management skill set; proven track record of leading and developing Sales teams; Business acumen and strategic approach.
  • Technical/mechanical capacity/aptitude.
  • Experience in flow control industry: working knowledge of instrumentation, valves and calibration services.
  • Experience in outside sales/selling role within the industrial marketplace.
  • Computer proficiency including MS office-P-21 a bonus.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
