Contractor Sales Manager
Ganahl Northridge is looking for a Contractor Sales Manager to lead a dynamic and growing sales team. We are looking for someone with sales expertise within our industry and with the products we sell. Sales leadership consists of vast skills in developing people, discovery skills, negotiating contracts, problem solving and building strong relationships with our customer base, suppliers and with each other. The job will require a strong commitment to putting in the time needed and the skills to grow our people and grow our customer base. This is absolutely an awesome career opportunity.
Past experience should include year's performing the following
  • Proficient Computer skills.
  • Products and supply line experience.
  • A contributor to running a facility. Must be all in.
  • Run at a fast pace, keep composure with high pressure environments.
  • Lead by example at all times in the areas of hospitality, sales and professionalism.
  • A track record of developing Sales Professionals.
  • The ability to grow sales.
  • Knowledge of lumber and or building materials.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring and training Sales Professionals.
  • Experience in creating long-term, trust relationships with Builders / customers.
  • Sales Experience and or Sales Management experience.
  • The commitment to work an average of 50 hours per week.
