What You'll Do
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and plant facilities
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues
  • Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of new or repaired equipment
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including service logs and parts inventory
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime

What You'll Need
  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience with automated or computerized manufacturing equipment preferred
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills in an industrial or recycling environment
  • Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Basic computer skills for work orders, maintenance tracking, and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to regulatory standards

Your Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical college diploma in electrical or mechanical discipline preferred
