SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Computer Systems Analyst III.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III for our Hardware Solutions Business Area. They will be responsiblefor the design, development and implementation of software solutions forElectronic Warfare Systems.
Responsibilities include: Development/reviews, softwareimplementation and testing, and system integration. Experience in the Electronic Warfare domaindesired.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in inComputer Hardware, Computer Software, Electronics Technician, or Engineering
Experience: Ten (10)years of full-time professional experience in systems analysis and designtechniques
Acombined total of Five (5) years of full-time professional experience in all ofthe following skillsets/disciplines:
  • High-level programming language (e.g. C++, Java, Python)
  • Virtual computing environments (e.g. VMWare, VirtualBox, PROXMOX, XCP-ng)
  • Software containerization application and utilization (e.g. Docker, IBM WebSphere Hybrid Edition, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
  • Software configuration management of tracking bug/enhancements in software releases
  • Repository management experience (e.g. Git, Mercurial)
  • Scripting (e.g. bash,pearl)

A combined total of Three (3) years of professional experience with each of the following technologies:
  • Relevant hardware architecture (e.g. Versa Module Eurocard (VME, VPX, Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA))
  • Configuration of local area networks
  • Machine learning and neural networks
  • Assembly level languages
  • System and network cyber security related activities to include design, implementation, configuration and enforcement of security

Travel: Infrequently (<3 annually)

Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - This positions requires the following physical activities: Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and looking at computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings. Work is performed in generally consistent environmental conditions with some seasonality for temperature differences and lighting.
