Modern Technology Solutions Incorporated (MTSI), is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst / Executive Writer. As the Senior Program Analyst / Executive Writer with MTSI, you will provide support to the Office of the Undersecretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E) Assistant Secretary of War for Mission Capabilities (ASD(MC)) and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of WAR for Mission Engineering & Integration Activity (MEIA).
The organization's mission is to facilitate the identification and transition of technologies, systems, and systems-of-systems that close time-critical gaps in high-priority, multi-component missions.
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
  • Provide executive writing, editorial, and workflow management for the office's products.
  • Establish standards for written and visual presentations.
  • Establish optimal workflow processes to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Manage daily operations, initiatives, and multiple products simultaneously.
  • Coordinate and integrate executive-level technical products and activities.
  • Provide organizational, technical, operational, and managerial advice.
  • Research and gather information.
  • Prepare briefings and reports.
  • Engage with senior executives, action officers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated executive writing, editing ability and experience.
  • Acute attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to communicate diplomatically.
  • Experience with organizational day-to-day activities and management, such as supporting Chief of Staff and General/Flag Officer front office.
  • Experience in managing official correspondence through Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
  • Providing organizational, technical, operational, editorial and/or managerial advice.
  • Self-starter, able to take initiative and accomplish work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient and efficient with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Desired Qualification:
  • Experience working within the Department of Defense (DoD).

Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business field or equivalent experience.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) and SAP eligibility.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
