Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Data Integration Analyst position for our client.

Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and reconcile payroll, enrollment, and contribution data across multiple systems.
  • Design, map, transform, and integrate data using ETL processes and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, or Ab Initio.
  • Configure retirement plans, investment options, and contribution rules for onboarding.
  • Monitor automated interfaces, troubleshoot data issues, and perform QA/QC validation.
  • Utilize AI tools, Python, SQL, and RPA to automate processes and improve data quality.
  • Maintain integration documentation and ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
  • Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to resolve data integration challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL, or data engineering.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Experience with Informatica, IBM DataStage, Ab Initio, or similar ETL platforms.
  • Knowledge of CSV/XML data formats and enterprise data integration.
  • Experience with 401(k) recordkeeping, FIS Omni, mutual funds, or CITs is highly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
