Job Description

The Technical Analyst IV role performs complex analysis on financial data ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and full regulatory compliance. Acts as a conduit for bridging IT with the line of business. Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills. Excels in the ability to thoroughly understand business requirements and implement best-in-class technical solutions. Essential duties include; Design, develop, and maintain OIC inbound/outbound integrations for Oracle Cloud Applications; Create interactive dashboards and infolets for data visibility and process improvements; Build Data Models, OTBI Reports, and BIP Reports to meet data requirements for audit, regulatory, controllers, and management; Performs functional tasks and configurations for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Application modules; Optimize complex SQL BIP and bursting queries to enhance reporting performance and system efficiency ;Ability to confidently utilize REST APIs, SOAP web services, Postman, SOAP UI, RTF templates, Excel, and e-text templates as needed for data manipulation, solutioning, and reporting; Conduct data cleansing and robust data analysis; Thoroughly understand Disaster Recovery processes; Utilization of Agile and/or Waterfall Project Methodology for managing workload, prioritizations, and understanding deliverable expectations; Develop and maintain application documentation; Duties will require “on-call” support during non-business hours.**This is a hybrid position with 4 days a week in-office presence required.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent and 5 years relevant experience in Assistant Manager – IT, Technology Analyst, IT Analyst, Senior Consultant, or closely related position. Required experience must include: 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, including modules such as General Ledger (GL), Project Accounting (PA), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), Expenses, and Human Capital Management (HCM); 5 years of experience with Oracle business intelligence (BIP, OTBI, OBIEE, OAC, and Smart View), bursting, optimizing BIP queries to create dashboards, infolets, reports, and data for integrations.;5 years of experience with software integration, system integration, and technology used: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle’s REST APIs, SOAP UI, Postman products for API utilization, and integration with both internal and external applications;5 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development, including creating and managing integrations, connections, lookups, libraries, packages, adapters, and monitoring integration processes, as well as migration and testing in this platform;5 years of experience with complex joins, subqueries, temporary tables, window functions and indexes and query optimization for performance tuning as well as dynamic SQL and stored procedures along with transactional controls; 5 years of experience with IT and IS standards and concepts: Software as a Service (SaaS), Integrations and Middleware, Analytics, Agile and Waterfall Project Methodologies.*Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
