Detailed Description
Description: A Computer Technician whose responsibilities will include, but not be limited to day-to-day management of workload, laptop/desktop/printer triage and repair, interaction with Netsync warranty administrators and maintenance of proper work tickets in Netsync and OEM systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customers and team.
    • Repair of computers and peripherals including but not limited to desktops, laptops, workstations, & printers.
    • Understand warranty and insurance guidelines as it pertains to break-fix.
    • Customer, Partner/Vendor and cross-department relationship management.
    • Manage and update support cases in Customer, Netsync and OEM systems.
    • Work on site hardware support cases for Netsync's Onsite Support service requests.

Additional Duties:
  • Assist with on-site projects.
  • Assist in continual improvement to further streamline and automate existing processes and procedures.
  • Upkeep of work area.
  • Assist Network Team with network appliance installations.
  • Continued technical education.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
