The hourly rate for this role, at the time of posting, is estimated to be within the range below based on class standing. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Junior: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Senior: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
  • Provide on-site technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of laptops and other computing devices for new employees.
  • Collaborate with the procurement department to maintain an organized inventory of IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Assist in the procurement process, including researching and recommending hardware and software solutions.
  • Support IT projects by participating in planning, implementation, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and end-users to address and resolve technical concerns.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures for site support and procurement tasks.

What We are Looking For:
  • Must be able to work part-time through the school year and full time during the summer
  • Must be able to work in our Grand Rapids office daily
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program and have 2 years completed towards a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Networking, System Administration, Cybersecurity, Software Development, or related field of study
  • Must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
