To thrive as a Computer Monitor (commonly known as a Computer Operator or IT System Monitor), you need a solid understanding of computer systems, operating procedures, and often a relevant associate degree or certification. Familiarity with system monitoring tools, network management software, and incident ticketing systems is typically required.
