Job Description

Ribbit Computers managers are working managers. This means that you are just as much on the sales floor and working the technician bench as any other employee. You will be responsible for stocking the store with inventory, assisting your employees with their tasks and work, providing the leadership for your team to ensure your hitting your goals.

You will be trained in our systems and our company philosophy. Management experience is highly recommended as well as inventory management experience.

Qualifications

Strong and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients and coworkers.

Ability to handle stressful situations in a congenial manner.

Ability to troubleshoot and understand Windows 8.1, 10, and 11, as well as macOS and familiarity with Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

 Ability to work independently or as a team.

Ability to plan and prioritize to achieve a defined objective.

Additional Information

Minimum of one (1) years' work experience in a IT related field, customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

Starting pay: Training $16hr and $18hr after training
