Job description

SHIFT:  MONDAY-FRIDAY, 10AM-6:30PM (OR UNTIL DONE)

Job Overview - Communicate and work with all Departments: Operations, Vault, CMS, LPM, and other branches to identify opportunities and correct issues relating to ATM balancing, ATM shortages, EJ retrieval process, claims investigation, vault shortages, E-cash compliance, CMS out of balances.  Safety compliance with JJ Safety, Forklift Trainer, Training New Hire for LTC, Driver in Command, and Road testing.  Route optimization and quality control.  Run standard operations reports daily.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize spreadsheets provided by management and customer to reconcile reports.
  • Utilize CMS/Vault paperwork to reconcile outages.
  • Work directly with CMS Supervisor and Operations as directed to minimize branch and area
    exposure to outages.
  • Communicate and work directly with route personnel on ATM balancing.
  • Work effectively with departmental employees to resolve and reconcile outages.
  • Manage operational reports including but not limited to: Open combo, false liability, ATM over/short.
  • Handle incoming customer calls concerning the following:
      • Balancing issues
      • Outages
      • E-cash compliance
      • Vault audits – coin and currency
      • Other branches issues
  • Understand basic functions of TNT/RouteOps to enable research of CIT items etc.
  • Glory utilization to investigate claims, customer inquiries, processing procedures.
  • Route optimization and quality checking stop assignment.
  • Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by Management Staff.

Primary Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Ability to work well individually as well as being a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to identify and maintain confidential matters in all aspects of the business.
  • Courteous and professional communications skills demonstrate good work ethics in a professional manner to fellow employees and customers.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Computer experience a must, proficient us of MS Office to include Excel, ability to use office equipment not limited to computer, fax and copy machine.
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Accuracy and speed sufficient to meet the company policy for debriefing.

Working Conditions:

  • Climate controlled office environment.
  • Requires extended time sitting at desk operating computer, managing files, ATM service orders, ATM receipts, Sofi paperwork, CMS paperwork, vault paperwork and coin paperwork.
  • Unrestricted wrist, hand and finger dexterity.
  • Unrestricted ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), sit, push and pull.
  • Typical work scheduled: Monday through Friday, 10am – 6:30pm.  Some overtime if required.
  • Position Attire: Company Uniform when on Street Research duties, or New hire Training in Company Vehicle. Can be Business causal, additional information under Branch Dress Code Policy.
