Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Banking Services Operations Associate II opening for our client in Amherst, NY.

Location: Amherst, NY

Duration: 2 months

Overview

The ideal candidate has previous banking, financial services, administrative, or office experience and is comfortable working with detailed documents and data in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Validate customer, account, and transaction data before entering it into designated mainframe or computer systems.
  • Process information accurately and maintain complete records.
  • Follow established procedures to properly document and secure collateral for the bank.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and take appropriate steps to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist internal and external customers with basic questions and problem resolution.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer and bank information.
  • Follow departmental procedures, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to two years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to review and process documents efficiently.
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and handle confidential information appropriately.
