Job Summary:
Computer World Services Corp. (CWS) is pursuing a new contract opportunity, and they are seeking a well-qualified Program Manager to perform as the Contract Manager / Task Manager. This role involves providing network sustainment and deployment support services to military hospitals and clinics, ensuring overall contract performance and compliance with DHA requirements.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of contract personnel
โ€ข Serve as primary liaison with Contracting Officer (CO) and COR
โ€ข Ensure all PWS requirements are met efficiently and on schedule
โ€ข Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and workforce readiness
โ€ข Manage transition activities, including transition-in and transition-out planning
โ€ข Direct contingency operations and emergency response coordination
โ€ข Ensure compliance with quality control (QCP), reporting, and SLA requirements
โ€ข Coordinate with Government and external stakeholders across the EITS environment
โ€ข Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
โ€ข 10+ years of relevant experience, including program or project management
โ€ข Proven experience managing large-scale IT/network support contracts
โ€ข Strong knowledge of DoD contracting environment and service delivery models
โ€ข Ability to manage distributed teams and multi-site operations
โ€ข Candidates must have active Secret clearance
Preferred:
โ€ข Project Management Professional (PMP)ยฎ Certification is desired
