Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising the Bankers and Front Window Cashiers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

  • Assists the Cashiering Operations Shift Manager with daily operations including supervising, training and counseling of employees
  • Ensures compliance with casino regulatory rules and regulations as well as casino internal and accounting controls in order to safeguard the company's assets
  • Handles customer service and employee related problems professionally

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assumes Cashiering Operations Shift Manager's responsibilities, in their absence
  • Works a variety of jobs in the department, as needed

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of casino currency handling experience

Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks
  • Knowledge of the Front Windows and Banks
  • Knowledge of casinos computer management system

Training Requirements:

  • Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Supervisor Training classes
  • Knowledge of Outlook, ACSC, NRT/Certegy and ERP computer systems
  • Knowledge of the casino computer management system

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must be able to work in a smoking environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
